I don't have any suggestions to offer, as I am in a similar situation and am unable to find anyone trustworthy to fix it. I spent a lot of time trying to find the dentist that made the mess in my mouth to begin with. He came highly recommnended, had no complaints against him, and most importantly offered IV sedation. $40,000 later, my teeth are a worse mess than they were before. I take excellent care of my teeth and I'm still getting cavities in the teeth that had route canals done on them. Most recently I had an RC tooth with a porcelain veneer crown break off at the gumline because there was so much decay left in the tooth. The RC had only been done less than a month prior to it breaking. I just got a call from his office today, they were kind enough to let me know they had prepared my treatment plan. For a mere $5000, they'll pull out the decayed tooth that only decayed because of his mistakes, do a bone graft, and give me an implant. Please let me know if you locate anyone in the state that is trustworthy and capable. I'm in the Seattle/Tacoma area, but I'm willing to travel if I find the right dentist. I'm tired of being on Antibiotics and painkillers all of the time because I always have abscesses. I want my mouth fixed before it gets worse. Best of luck with your pursuit.

I think the best way to find the right dentist is to contact DAMS (dental amalgan medrcury syndrome)800-311-6265. They have chapters in every state and a referral list from other patients.
