Dear #17789,
I have some suggestions regarding bizzare feelings after dental work:
1.
strengthen the immune system: drink a little bit of echinacea tea daily for a while when you eat wet food;
AND/OR
take a calc phosphate when you eat anything with calcium in it;
AND/OR
take a vit C with fruit,
Celery or carrots.
2.
stay in touch with nature: stand on the earth with bare feet whether for a short time or whatever, visit the sea, etc.
3.
rest if possible.
4.
oats for the nervous system: cook em and eat em in moderate amounts with a bit of cinnamon.
5.
no dairy or animal food for a while, to reduce bacteria in the bloodstream.
6.
don't overeat.
7.
eat fresh aloe vera gel to soothe the tummy.
8.
just walk if you can: don't think, just walk but don't get too cold.
9.
ginkgo tea washes the brain.
10.
hang yourself over a low tree branch or a big pile of cushions to get blood through the spine and brain.
11.
after eating, if the tummy's upset, lie down with a large cushion under the lumbar region and a thin towel under the neck to aid digestion.
12.
use a neti pot to wash the nose and refresh the nerves in it.
I hope these suggestions help.
