everyones at a loss on this problem, I had gone in with a throbbing pain in my number 12 first molar, they did a root canal, it was great on the first part of this, then we finished the root canal and since then I have inflamation thats feels like throbbing and soreness in that tooth, they put me on anitbotics, no help, then finally after severe weeks of agony, they retreated this and for two days it was fine now the inflamation is starting again, it stills has medicine in it and not completed. The endo dontist said not to pull this tooth because it isnt the tooth it sounds more like nerve ending problems, that trigeral neurolgia or something like that, he was me to go to a neurologist. This tooth is attached to a three tooth bridge and I really didnt watn to lose this however the pain is oftern unbearable, it just feels like the canals are so sore and there is no sign of infection at all. I am so depressed and dont know what to do next, they are all grasping at straws now. The tooth doesnt hurt just the inside of it, how do you get rid of inflamation? with no infection present? no cracks in the tooth, he has done three others roots no problems on the other teeth, just this one I feel so hopeless
