I don't feel like I am "going" enough ... once in the morning right when I wake up from the pm smooth move tea ... and then once about an hour after I drink the salt water ... Is there something else I can do to get a bit more regular ? Should I do tea twice AND the SWF? Is there a stronger tea? The tea gives me just a little cramping, but nothing bad like others have mentioned. I've had lax teas in the past that gave me much worse cramps.
I'm doing about 6 lemon drinks a day ... drinking probably about 3 ltrs of water a day at least ... (about a 100 ounces) ... I'm doing 60 - 90 minutes of cardio too. I think tonight I'll do hot yoga though.
I'm definately wanting to reduce ... I was up 1/2 pound today, but not panicing ... I was down 3
pounds yesterday, so net 2 1/2
pounds so far.
