OK agreed - all discussion will be kept here.
Yes I did see the
Liver Flush post. Very interesting.
OK here's what I'm thinking on the subject:
I don't think the green stones are olive-oil. Reason? They are very bright green and their colour does not vary with the colour of the
OO (Olive-Oil) or GF or the mix. I have tried different olive oils of very different colours and the stones are always neon green. I am pretty sure that they are bile (but I am open minded).
My only concern is whether they are formed during the flush or are pre-existing. Obviously we'd like them to be pre-existing, since if they are formed during the flush then the flushing isn't of as much value. However my stones all look really fresh! There is no "layering" or anything to suggest they were formed over time. They are very uniform.
Empirically several people have reported substantial improvements in liver function tests after flushing, so
Liver Flushing does seem to work.
So the relevant questions (for me at least) are:
1. Are the stones formed during the flush, or are they pre-existing?
2. How exactly does
Liver Flushing work?
Question 2 will be answered by question 1 to some extent.
I have an experiment in mind which will settle question 1. Basically it is to do the flush without taking ES. If the stones are pre-existing presumably they will be vastly limited in size/shape without the ES to dilate the tubes. If however the stones are formed during the flush, then presumably it won't matter so much whether you take ES or not.
What do you think?
