Hello, had my gb removed over 6 years ago. I do need to supplement my diet with fiber, the amount depends, but is more than "normal" to help absorb the excess bile and bulk my stools. I still have attacks where I have to run to the bathroom after eating. I Eat heavier/rich foods early in the day and eat light in the evenings, also try not to eat after dinner, or the food just sits there and I am sick the next day. Enzymes are wonderful, I am not consistent with them, but when I do use them I notice a great difference. I also drink the juice of one lemon/lime with water in the morning and drink 2 TBL on apple cider vinegar with 1 spoon on honey in warm water with dinner. Simple inexpensive things to do to help your body. Also you will not be able to digest fats as well as before since you do not have gb to regulate bile flow, so watch to see if you become deficient, do a search about this to learn, it can cause dry skin and depression, which I deal with, it is a constant battle, we are all different so these things might not help you, or you might not need them, just sharing my road.
