is very much related to how the liver is working. If the liver is struggling, Depression
is the symptom. The gallbladder is like a pump that helps rid the liver of poisons and toxins. Once it is out, the liver has to work much harder.
Whatever you do, don't resort to more chemicals to try to fix the problem, especially w/ the liver in distress.
My suggestion is to take supplements to strengthen the liver and help it expel the junk. Glutathione is the key component of liver maintenance. To increase Glutathione take glutamine, Livatone (or some such liver supplement) and take SAM E (S-adenasyl-Methinine). Also, supplements that promote bile flow will help w/ depression. For example, goldenseal, milk thistle, peppermint.
Welcome to life w/o a GB.
Just like the other poster said, get out and enjoy your life. I think exercise is one of the key things that will keep you out of the dumps. So, go for a run.
