Dear concerned,
I think loose teeth are be a concern. They shouldn't wobble easily. My name is Sebastian. I have been learning about the dentition for 3 years and I reply to many posts in this forum.
I am not a licensed dentist, doctor, or naturopath. Nevertheless, I have collected some information and tips about dental care and general health at
http://www.worldofteeth.com.
I recommend you take a whole body approach to your health, and if anything concerns you, such as loose teeth, you should work on bringing your whole body to good health, to the point where the teeth don't wobble.
For example, my method of personal health care divides my personal efforts among hygiene, eating, thinking, and exercise. My method considers treatment as a supplement to health, not something to depend upon too heavily.
Whatever kind of health advice you follow, whether it is from your own intuition or a published method, if you have loose teeth then you can work to improve it.
I would suggest that upper leg and hip exercises, toning, stretching, and strengthening, would increase the support for your teeth, just as they do for the whole body.
The joint between the thigh bone and the hips may have a correlation to the roots of the teeth, as I have read this online in a website about ayurveda. You can also use a gum powder to firm the gums.
Best wishes,
Sebastian Reed
