Let me jump in and save Shelley's typing fingers a little. I asked Shelley the same ? a while ago. The tinctures have alcohol in them. They'll do just fine without refrigeration and will last a long time.

I keep mine at room temperature. Also -- when you start to use them, they go really fast! I'm surprised. The bottle are generous, the amounts needed are small, but they do add up.
