Hi Shelley,
just wanted to give you an update-and ask a couple of Q's.
I was feeling worse than ever this week and so I went to see a holistic doctor and TBM(Total Body Modification)specialist. She diagnosed me with stage 3 adrenal fatigue. When I first wrote to you about 6 weeks ago, I gave you as many symptoms as were clear to me at the time-though in hindsight, at that time, the extent of my hairloss and a few other key symptoms had not solidified in my mind. So you only heard of the fatigue and other basics.
Anyway, number one is that this woman is AMAZING!!!!! She actually originates from California and thank god that she moved to the east coast! She obviously put me on a strict no sugar, starches and caffeine diet for two weeks. Her doctorate before moving more towards TBM was in chiropractic, so she did a bunch of adjustments. Then she used her vials to get some questions answered, so as to change some of the programing, mind to body.
I have been to see her twice now and she said that in 48 hours my responses to it all had been very good. I go back again on Turesday. She also said that it helped that I didn't have 8 cups of coffee and a bucket of
Sugar a day to detox from. I am still sleeping 9-10 hours a night though at least by day I am feeling SO MUCH improved. I sent an email to Kimberly who wrote to you regarding this a few days ago, so that she can consider this option. And I am posting this letter to you here incase anyone else has this problem and may want to consider TBM. I am sure I have saved myself MONTHS of tedious specialists appointments, bloodtests and $!!!
For now, the doc has suggested I hold off on the P&B shakes and doing a liver flush(was going to do my first one next Sat night). She thinks I should deal with my re-establishing my adrenals first.
From your point of view(she has never flushed)do you have any ideas on when it 'may' be okay to
1)start the shakes again(I had only been on them for two weeks)and
2) be ready for a flush given all of the above.
I realize that I will have to combine your knowledge with my doctor's- I think a combo of both opinions is it.
A BIG thankyou,
Danielle x
