I'm not Shelley either (or should that be neither?). Anyway I concur with PTree.
Excess calcium is a classic sign of chronic fatigue/candida. Do not supplement with more calcium as this can lead to depresssion - e.g. whenever I take buffered vit C (with calcium) I always feel really blue (due to excess calcium in my blood).
Liver is more a store for anger, but anger can keep you stuck in negativity and lead on to depression.
As well as interfering with liver/calcium levels Candida can make you *very* depressed due to the toxins in releases. Realise that this is a medical problem. It is not a reflection of you as a person. It can be dealt with and cured (although it will require some hard work on your part).
Agree with PTree - take either fish oil or flax oil (or even both). Udo's choice is a great oil - take at least 2, maybe 3 tablespoons a day and watch your mood lift. Also you might consider taking some herbal support for your mood. I recommend St Johns Wort which can boost seratonin levels. There are so many things you can take to help a flagging mood - one of my favourites is peppermint tea - it contains mood enhancing substances.
Remember this is a chemical imbalance caused by a disease condition (candida). It is not *you*. Many of us have suffered the same thing and know what you are going through.
