I'd like to continue posting educational posts, but I'm not sure which direction to go in. For inspiration and to encourage people to VENT, please share something that's really challenging you. It could be anything, don't censor yourself! And also please share what challenges you feel you have successfully overcome - we want the sweet and the bitter! :)
My current challenge is drinking enough water. I'm just not good at it! Argh!!! :)
If I forget then try to make up for it by downing several glasses, I throw off my balance and get hiccups.
I do tend to think that the
Water Cure recommendation is a bit high for daily use, but there are many days I think I fail to drink even half my 55 ounces! argh!!!
The challenge I've overcome that I'm particularly proud of is emotional addiction to foods. I used to do a lot of emotional eating. You should have seen me at the grocery store, buying all at once a Sara Lee cake, pint of Hagaan Daz, cookies, potato chips, a snackpack of breakfast cereals, assorted candies, Ferrero Rocher chocolates... you name it! I'd pig out and throw away the leftovers. :)
