Just a quick question or two. :)
All along my cleanse with ParaGone, I had been taking one P&B shake and had at least one bowel movement a day. Yay!!
Then came my five day break and I noticed that I would get 'clogged' up again for 2-3 days, like the old days! :(
I was still taking my one P&B shake a day too.
Now I recontinued the ParaGone and am back to a one or two (if lucky) a day bowel movement.
My question is, could there be something in the ParaGone that actually helps with bowel movements?
And one more thing, if I get regular with one shake-one movement, should I step up to two shakes to get two or more movements a day?...(I don't understand how more shakes can help with more movements if what they do is absorb even more fluids, wouldn't that clog you up more?...obviously not, seeing that others can take 3 a day...I'm just confused).
I am wondering if I should try a F&B shake (flax seed and bentonite) seeing that it's a bit easier on the system as far as absorption goes)?!!
Well, that's about it for now.
Got to go take my shake (which I am now using just water with lemon juice; to avoid the candida unfriendly apple juice I was using...it works just fine.)
