Hi Shelley, Hi everyone!
I was wondering --
1) Is the one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of baking soda in two
quarts of water the most basic enema recipe?
2) Or do you ever use just the one tablespoon of salt?
3) During a single enema session to you use the salt/soda combo in every bag?
4) If you're using coffee also, do you do that first or after the salt/soda?
5) Does the coffee need a tablespoon of salt in it?
