Congrats on being stone free and losing weight! That's so great! :)
First you need to find out which is causing your breakouts. Chances are you're simply taking too much for your tolerance/toxic level right now, especially since you're taking SO many of her tinctures, all of which are very powerful. :)
If you don't know how to do kinesiology, what you can do is get yourself into a calm, meditative state with no distractions, and tuck the bottle of curcoma next to your liver. Hold it there with your legs while sitting up and relax. Do you feel weaker? You can also stand up, hold it next to your liver, and test your balance. Do you feel like you're leaning back? Anything that makes you feel weaker is not good for you that day.
And of course you can rotate - take the coptis one week, curcoma the next, don't mix the two up.
But mainly, you need to keep the colon and lymphs clean. I find that since cleaning my liver with regular flushes and liver herbs I'm much more susceptible to breakouts when I break my diet and eat too much fun food. Sigh!
Colonics/enemas are the very best thing for breakouts, as is increasing the cleansing action of the entire digestive tract with salt water flushes and taking teas that speed things along and restore balance. Fennel tea, rhubarb, psyllium seed husks, flax, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, keeps things moving, prevent stagnation and putrefecation.
If your breakouts are an angry red, then this indicates Pitta imbalance. Your liver and blood is getting too heated and needs cooling. But if they're regular pimples then it's lymph. Your liver is releasing fats, the lymphs try to take them up and out, but pores get clogged instead. So, dry brushing, detox baths, castor oil packs, trampoline, lying inverted, all that, is called for.
While you're cleansing anything and especially the liver, it's important to also cleanse the colon and lymph. You have a myriad of choices of how to do that, just be sure to do SOMEthing regularly. :) A good schedule would be:
daily: P&B shakes, cleansing salad, nightly cleansing drink, dry brushing, self-massage, teas.
weekly or thrice weekly enemas, colonics, trampoline, lying inverted, castor oil packs.
