Dear yaa,
strengthening your teeth is all about overall health and long term health, as well as oral hygiene habits and general living habits.
In the short term, lots of strategies can help, but to keep problems from returning a person's whole way of life has to reflect a surplus of nutrition and wellbeing that can allow their teeth and the rest of their body to rest and repair constantly.
To make these 'big picture' changes, you need to slowly wean out bad habits and introduce good ones. For example, become aware of the foods you eat on a week to week basis, then just improve it a tad by eliminating the worst food and adding a healthy one that you haven't tried before.
The same for your lifestyle: everybody can improve. Add one healthy thing per month, like a nature walk, and eliminate one unhealthy one. In the long term, your teeth will reflect the changes by having less problems and maintaining their functionality.
For a few suggestions, have a look at my website: it's full of free and independent ideas and methods for getting good teeth.
Kind wishes,
