If you switch to a diet of mostly
LIVING foods, you will never have
to worry about your weight again.
Processed foods STICK to your colon.
Supermarket meat STICKS to your
body. Sugary snacks STICK to your
body.
But living foods DON'T. I've been
eating mostly living foods for the
last 28 years. I eat LARGE amounts of fruits and vegetables, and I make
a gigantic salad each evening that
would easily serve 3 people. I include some cooked rice and canned
sardines or salmon in the salad. The
rice is the only food I ever cook.
Does is stick? It sure doesn't. My
weight is perfect for my height,
and hasn't varied a pound since
1977. What I'm saying, my friend,
is that you can STUFF yourself with
living food, and it won't stick to
you. Your body will process it, and
then you'll have two or three
very impressive bowel movements
each day.
Try it. Try it for two weeks. You'll
be amazed at how good your body
feels.
