just doing a few leg stretchs then squats or a just a few pushups or evne jsut walkign up stairs and down a bit every day..
are weight bearign exercise type and also very good to help release fats /stored..
when you do slow wt bearing type exerices your body will burn the fat fo renergy..
when youdo fast repetatice exercises, it is forced to use d stored glycogen from teh mtissues in and near the muscles which is suspened in water
so youcan endup dehydrated and also ta tmeans then less water in body to flush out toxins.
great leg mass exercise is geton all fours and with face looking forward, raise one leg straight behind you .
angle foot at a right angel and hol dit like tat, as you gently
swing your leg left then right again,
when you go left, turn your hea dto look left at youru foot, when you go right, turn as far as youcan with out huritn your slef to tryto look at it.
do this slowly. when don keep leg straight behind you , then slowly brign kneee straight in tucke in close toyour chest tehn lowe rit back toall fours stance again. repaeat on othe rleg.
btw this is not jstu a great mass bearign exercies.. it will also get youa really nie firm buttt and legs 8)
when on all fours gently rock and stretch each leg behind youwil toe on floor to amke sur eno cramops.. then rise slowly.
you will not lose mauscle mass i fyou use your muscles/ then your body will burn upthe old toxins from teh fat stored and wha tis relesed stored in teh fat..
fo r this reason it is vitally important to keep plenty of good water (not overhyrdration ) to keep flushin out relesed toxins.
