I used to get a whole bunch of
Amalgam fillings when I was a young child, but thankfully those were all my baby (primary) teeth which eventually fell out. Now the last filling I got was about 5-6 years ago in one of my molars (bottom row, last left molar), and it is Amalgam. I don't have any serious health issues, and have always felt fairly healthy, although I do believe all the fillings from my childhood were one of the primary causes of my development of excercise induced asthma (popped up around when I was about 12). It's not serious, and I don't need an inhaler, but it is something I would like to conquer. I had decided lately to make it my resolution to clean myself of anything that may be causing problems or could lead to future problems. Right now I'm doing cleanses for parasites, liver, kidney, colon, and bowel system, which have been showing decent results.
I've been looking into other things I can possibly do as well, and in my research I've come across several places that have mentioned the dangers of
Amalgam fillings, many of which reccomend to have them removed. What I'm wondering is if fillings are that harmful to warrant their removal, or if it is not so much a serious issue. If they are indeed as bad as people say, I wouldn't be so opposed to even having the tooth itself removed, although it would certainly be an inconvenience. What do you guys think?
