yeah , alot of the stuff you will see pretty fast... but then
as day progresses, it will fall back a bit...
but don't worry about that and don't overwork the muscles.
I started with counts of five for each excerise..
the main thing is to take time to really watch which muscle
you are using and to move it slowly in increments as high as you
can, then hold for x count, and release back slowly in increments.
You are working a muscle that probably has not been firm for a long
time... and she points out only need to do it once a day..
more does not mean faster results here at all.. in fact it can
undo what you just did !
The hardest exercise for me still is the long lines areas that folks get along outer
edge of nose, to the mouth... this is one of the most telltell
imprints of aging, loose muscle ,and sagging skin ,esp afer weight lose.
there are five points you work with separately there.
and when you finally pinpoint one set of those muscles,
you can actually watch them quiver as you move them slowly.
I started with just the lowest closest to mouth muscle, and stuck
only with that one for about 6months...then moved up a bit tothe second muscle..
after that i noticed that the line i had there was literally
almost completely smooth, and when I smiled it did not get deep.
Infact, I have seen 20 year olds have deeper ridges when they smile
there than I have!
I have finally been able to work with the 3rd muscle up,
and seeing almost nil line there at all!! when I am relaxed.
I had the line along the corner of the mouth to the jawline..
not saggy , i t had just started to appear there when I was healing
long ago.. and I remembered how deep my grandmother had that,
and I sure did't want that!
Today, it is entirely gone from one side.. and very small line
on other (but I did have damage under there to the jawbone..
sio I think that is part of it...
but it is not deep or rutted like it gets on a great number
of people!
I can't say other folks might not have better techniques or not.
I only know that continued use of these exercises have helped
bring back a normal looking face to me, from one that was severely
damaged and weakened.
so If I seem biased towards this book , you bet I am *smile*
Hope it works for you as much as it does for me..
I will keep doing these exercises as long as I am physically
alive on this planet.
Love,
Ami Joi Benton
