Wow! You sound like me. For over a year now I have been having onsets of back pain for no reason. The last really bad one I had was in October. I went to bed just fine and woke up and could not move. I was crying in pain and even screaming when my husband tryed to help me get up. I sat on the couch for 4 days then found help. I went to a injury rehab place where.. at first I got nothing but massages and ice therapy to bring down the swelling. I could not walk without a cane. After a bit they started me on stretches and then excerise all the while getting massages. I am still going there. I had an MRI done of my back and there is really nothing wrong to cause this pain. The Doctor's there have said that it is my muscles, my deep muscles that are kind of damaged. I have to say that I am at my best in over a year. I am doing excerises to strenthen my lower back and lower stomach muscles. It is really helping. I know how bad you are hurting and you really need to go to a good massage therapist who knows how to work the back, butt, and legs to get you moving again. My girl really hurts me but after she stops the pain is all gone. I hope this helps you a little. Oh one more thing.. I have been to several other Doctor's in the last year for this and all they have done for me was give me pain pills and offer a corizone shot....or surgery. After the MRI we can see I don't need surgery, the corizone shot would'nt help this and the pills well, they are great to have when you need to move no matter what. Good luck I hope you find someone good.
