56254...I'm so sorry you're having such a bad problem with your skin. And skin
problems can be so very miserable.
I've studied natural healing for about 30 years...and have seen natural healing
remedies work absolute miracles. But about 2 decades ago...I was having a horrid
problem with dermatitis. My hands were so raw I could barely use them. I went
to 5 dermatologists in the surrounding areas and spend over $1,000.00. FINALLY,
I realized none of them knew what they were doing and I was paying them to experiment on me...so I just started digging in my books. I ended up curing myself...in 7 days...for under $10.
At that time...I was taking a good multi vitamin...and wasn't in to the juicing, etc
like we are now...and was taking a B complex vitamin. I added Brewer's Yeast, just
like the other poster said. My hands were as smooth as a baby's bottom within one week...and I haven't had a problem since.
My husband began telling men at his plant about what I had done after spending so
much money on doctors...and they started sending me notes by him...about their skin
problems... or someone else in their households skin problems...and I would send a return note with the vitamins listed. They ALL had immediate turn arounds in their
skin. It was amazing.
So if I were you...I'd take:
a good multi vitamin..
a B Complex vitamin...and get B 50 Complex...and DO NOT take it on an empty tummy.
It will give you a very woozie tummie (nausea) if you take it on an empty tummy.
also get Brewers Yeast....take it according to the directions on the bottle and then slowly start increasing your intake of that.
The B Complex will make your urine bright yellow when your kidneys act...so don't
be alarmed about that. These are all 3 very inexpensive...and you should see results within a very short time. Back off BIG TIME...on
Sugar or anything with
sugar in it...eat a lot of raw veggies for a while...to give your system time to
kind of 'relax'...at 14, you probably eat a lot of junk food...back off on colas...
chips...try to eat very healthy for a few weeks...and see if this doesn't line you
out. I really, really think it will. Also...get a 'natural' soap for your showers, etc...you can get a good one called "Basis" at Walmart for about $2 Good luck...kathryn
