You've come to the right place! Between the information I'm offering (below), there's good information all OVER this board (and lots of support & encouragment, too).

I highly recommend using Dr. Schulze s Intestinal Formula #1 & #2. I have never heard of anyone using Intestinal Formula #1 that couldn't become 'regular' and achieve the desired 2-3 bowel movements daily (one bowel movement for every major meal).

One starts taking one Intestinal Formula #1 capsule (IF #1) with the nightly meal; if you don't 'go' 2-3 times the next day, then the next evening you take two IF #1 capsules; if you don't 'go' 2-3 times the next day, the the next evening you take three IF #1 capsules....and so on, until you are going regulary...for at least a couple of weeks.

Then you add Intestinal Formula #2 (IF #2), which is a deep bowel cleaner & herbal 'vacuum'...which you use for 7 days.

After that, you will see substantial improvement! But it didn't take any of us just a few weeks to get our bowels into this toxic mess, so most folks with serious constipation issues will continue using IF #1 and doing an occasional IF#2 'deep clean' for a few months before their intestines & colon are back in shape and ready to 'go it alone' :)

The MOST important thing to know is that you need to get your bowels moving a couple of times daily BEFORE using any type of a "deep cleanser" (like IF #2 or others) . Deep bowel cleaning products usually contain psyllium fiber & Bentonite clay, and they can be bloating & constipating...which is necessary for a total cleanse and healing, but certainly not something you want to do while you're still constipated.

Since there are SO many different bowel cleansing products, you're bound to get more input (we all have our favorites!) Read & study as much as you can before you make a decision (or purchase) and see if you can get a feeling for which one makes the most sense to you, gives you the most potential for a lasting cure, and/or seems to be the best for your situation/lifestyle.
