***hi sunne :>
Thank you for your reply. Feeling down again today.
***yeah it's always up and down it seems... i've had so many up days that at first i thought was like a sign that i was getting better, only to be cruelly disappointed again... and again... it's a real see-saw that really drives you crazy... :( !! u realy need to be patient and learn to accept the see-sawing as part of healing i think.. (even though it's difficult to do!! makes planning for anything really difficult as well, as u don't know if that particular day is going to be an up day or a down day)
Did you have any heart related issues that sent you looking into mercury?
*** one of the first nasty symtoms i had were PAIN in my chest... i mean sometimes it was relentless... :( like i coudln't sleep :((( that particular symptom however, subsided slowly as my digestion got better, thanks to liver flushing.... i would sometimes feel like my heart was racing and that also subsided quite a bit with liver flushing....
How many fillings?
***i had two, but they were HUGE MOLAR ones that covered almost the entire teeth :( !!! i mean they were Big :(
Did you get your fillings after 1970 when they were made with more dangerous ingredients?
***DEFINITELY :( i'm 100% sure that mine were filled with the most poisonous toxins and crap.... :(((((
I had more energy today. Did a lot around the house. Still just don't feel great. I am way too impatient with this whole process. Do you know any success stories of people going through this and the rollercoaster ride to get there? Does anxiety and blues come and go with it too?
****i've read of people who get better RIGHT AWAY (after the Amalgam
removal)... i'm not one of those :( but i do feel that i'm getting better... 've heard that on average it takes like 3 months or more to get better ... i think the anxiety attacks and the blues naturally come with the package....
I am also trying to keep the faith but feel alone a bit as my family come and go.
****i think every sick person is ultimately alone... for no one is going through the every day the minute by minute agony/panick/anxiety/pain that one is goign through... nor the moments of relief and joy (for they happen too) when things go right... the illness is never so real to anyone else even though they may love us and care for us.... they just hear descriptions of it through you, see some visual manifestations... try to delve deeper into yourself whenver you feel lonely and you may find a lot more there than you imagined... :) and as the self gets stronger, the body will too.... now if only i can practice what i preach!!! :p:p:p !!
May I ask what "essaic tea" is and does?
****it's an old indian (or american native, i guess?) recipe for detoxing tea that's worked wonders for cancer patients.... supposed to help the body get rid of toxins... ! you can google it and find lots of distributor/manufacturers... apprently there's several recipes floating around each claiming to be the most effective one... i 've been drinking ti for like 2 weeks now, and i believe it's helping me..... :)
lapacho tea is also supposed to be good for you too... that one is from brazil....
No, I haven't done any cleansing yet? Bowels move great though.
****i've never really been constipated either in my life, but some colon cleansing with epsom salt/colosan/enema really helped.... but most of all liver cleansing/flushing REALLY HELPS!!! it takes some committment but i realy really recommend it... without Liver Flushing
i dont' know where i would be today!!!
