church business yesterday...and then forgot to check curezone
when I came in from church last night.
Have you ever taken anti-depressants? They can cause long term
problems with the neurological system. (shakiness, etc)
And are you taking B-12 sublingual? You know...on the Hallelujah program...you just almost have to supplement with B-12. You can get it at any health food store. It sells for about $12 for 2 little bottles at ours. It's kind of cherry
flavored, and you put a dropper full under your tongue...hold it
a minute..and then swallow. That stuff works wonders.
It could also be that your body needs a little more protein and
in the way of meat...instead of beans, etc. You ARE getting
protein, aren't you? But I HAVE worked with people who felt
so much better on the Hallelujah program....or they had health
problems...and the program turned their health back around...but
they just could not stay on the strict program long term. The
ones that just couldn't do it...found relief by adding tuna,
salmon or mackerel...just right out of the can (raw).
Have you checked to see if there are any health ministers in
your area (Hallelujah Acres)? You can also send an email to
H. Acres...and they will respond as soon as they can. I would
say you are just missing something in your diet. That's a
wonderful program...and my favorite by far...for people who
have health issues to turn around...or just want on a good
I am one who just can't stick with it long term. And we've
been on it many, many times. In the beginning, we feel so
light, and our thinking gets so clear, our vision gets so much
better...and we just have energy like you wouldn't believe.
But then after a few weeks, it starts turning "back" on "me".

You might also try adding a little apple cider vinegar to your
diet. That will give you a "boost" of a few minerals that you
could be missing somehow. Try to get the Bragg Vinegar at the
health food store if you can. And put about 1/2 tsp in a glass
of water and drink it 3 or 4 times a day.
