i am one of those rare folks that really can't use Aloes
off top of my head, i know that cucumber will help
also tea bag poultices when i had severe body burns/
i would steep a bag of reg tannic acid tea bag/
and apply at tepid warmth to the burns..
yes it discolors the skin surrounding it,
but i could wash that off later...
what it did do , was help a natural dry scab to form to protect new skin under it
and also it stopped the itching/
if you are new to having severe burns...
i hate to say this.. but be prepared..
if you currently have no pain/
after about the 7th day the nerves will start to reheal
and it will hurt like heck..
avoid high water extremes no ice or hot water forms..
i will update this asap to giv eyoua few herbs that can help you painwise internaly
and some that can help topically
be sure to keep skin around the scab softened/
without softening the scab
after you get a scab there
dab a bit of tea tree oil
with a small dab of say almond or vit e oil
on and around scab area to help heal
and as an antiseptic ,antibacterial agent
you can get these herbs and the tea tree oil
www.mountainroseherbs.com
hope this helps a bit
