Arachnoid cysts, yes I understand these are cysts in the arachnoid membrane (very delicate) around the brain.

When was the onset and diagnosis?
How are your symptoms? Depending on placement and size it will differ. (you know that, i am just stating for others who may read this.)

Do you have headaches, pressure, seizures....?

What are you eating now?

Do you have dental fillings, braces, amalgams, etc... in your mouth? What type of pots are you using to cook with? May seem unimportant but metals attract to the cephala of the brain and irritate or cause many tissue and blood abnormalities.

Emotionally in your childhood before the onset of this did anything bad happen to you? Do not underestimate the power of your own emotions to cause destructive physical manifestations.

How is your stress level? Do you have a very stressful job that keeps you on your toes all day long? watch those adrenals. Too much cortico-hormone release and high sympathetic nervous activation will interfere with appropriate drainage of fluids through the pia, arachnoid, cranial sinuses etc...

What do you do for relaxation?

Do you exercise and breathe deeply?

What makes you happy? Are you taking time to do that?

Illness is a strange thing. It will complicate your present day situation and make you rearrange your life until you get it right! We all have a unique and valuable purpose!
