I am currently 300lbs, 5'11" 36years old, have been 250-330 for the last 12 years, junk food junky. I am wanting to start off with 3 days of water with lemon in the morning and throughout the day, 8-10 apples and all the water I can drink between eating. Then I will be drinking bottled organic concord grape juice for 2 days. Day 5 will be lemon and water, not sure about the salt thing, but hopefully for as long as I can, 2 days or more. Hopefully this will have softened my insides up so I can start the P&B's and just water for however long, I've used P'husks for years and will use colosan and oxyflush afterwards. I will be exercising such as walking and rebounding and breathing exercises as well as push ups and body squats. Thinking about using those plastic sauna suits to sweat it out also, can't afford saunas or dental cleanup yet, will be going to Malaysia in March, maybe they do it there, not sure. I will do a kidney then liver and GB cleanse. Any suggestions or emails would be very appreciated in advance...
