Hmmm..ThreeLac sounds very promising. My question is, did you need to stick to the anti Candida diet too? I try my damnest to cut out sugar, wheat, yeast & dairy, but get crazy cravings on a daily basis so barely a day goes by that I don't consume one or more of these, even though my main diet is REALLY healthy.
I am currently taking Lactobacillus Sporogenes (probiotic) & Citricidal (anti fungal), Linseeds and Cascara compound (herbal laxative - really works) but have been informed there is little point & I will not get rid of the Candida unless I can cut out
Sugar etc for at least a month & that's impossible for me it seems.
I don't think I have as bad symptoms as some people - I get bloated, constipated & mentally anxious, unrelaxed & uncomfortable if I eat any of the above, eat more than a small meal in one go, eat late at night or have less than 7 hours sleep. I do feel fine if I avoid doing all of the above, but I'm only human & not that disciplined!!!
