I am now juicing
veggies on daily basis to help me with my candida, but for some reason my stomach doesn't like it, especially the beets. Once I tried to put in one head and my stomach felt so sick, I was shaking and had to lay down for 15 minutes... Very weird. I tried it once more to make sure it was the beet - same reaction. So very little beets nowadays... :)
Now I take the juice like medicine: quickly down, drink some lukewarm camomille or whatever herb tea after and it sits in my stomach like a rock... How can something make me feel so bad when it supposed to be so good for my body??? :)
But don't take me wrong: I drink the juice every day because I can see it helps: for example my skin is looking much better now.
I read so much about The Master Cleanse
but scared to try - I'm so skinny...
I'll go to the board to discuss about it because I'm in great doubt...
