One extra note...
Refined salt is usually iodized. If you switch to unrefined Sea Salt
(which is an excellent product, by the way), you will likely not get the Iodine
you need. There are very few sources of Iodine
outside of the sea. You might want to take some kelp every other day or something to add Iodine
to your diet (unless you already eat a lot of seafood).
