Short of building a
Faraday cage around your body there isn't much you can do about the direct radiation (other than not owning a mobile, and not sitting in front of a computer screen for too long).
As for minimizing the damage, I have heard of chlorella protecting against radiation:
Several years ago, Japanese doctors discovered that giving chlorella to cancer patients going through radiation therapy or chemotherapy helped prevent leucopenia, the sudden drop in white blood cell count which usually accompanied those therapies.
BTW Chlorella is the food with the highest concentration of chlorophyll. It is also *much* cheaper than buying liquid chlorophyll.
