Hiya :)
Yes I think that guy is completely bonkers, and when I told the policewoman even she laughed her head off! I'm sure he could do with several pascalite baths and he probably has a very poor EFA profile ;)
You mean you haven't done any homework yet!! I have a year to catch up on...join the slackers!
For the urine, about once a week should be fine, see how you react to it. I've stopped for a while as I've been eating cilantro and also did Andreas'
kidney cleanse so didn't want to reingest anything nasty!
I've only done a couple of urine enemas, it's very good that way if you have candida and parasites. I used to drink it every day varying from a few sips to a full glass, but it's quite potent and detoxifies rapidly and I've been told that really you should do urine rubs first before drinking it. When you use it on the skin, it will draw out acids and toxins so you might get local healing crises.
For urine rubs use the first morning urine (mid-stream) and either use it fresh or keep for 3 - 10 days as aged is more potent and alkaline and rub it on your skin TILL IT DRIES (so dip your fingers in it and rub in, the act of rubbing is important). Best to do feet, wrists, neck and head though all over will be more thorough. You can shower afterwards. If the urine is smelly (if you eat a very alkaline diet, it hardly smells at all), a shower with your normal soap should be sufficient, no-one will notice. I've put a couple of drops of a mint or citrus essential oil in water to rinse my hair afterwards to disguise any remaining aroma! Some books advise to leave for an hour after it's dried before washing (I did that once but could still smell it so wash straight afterwards which is still ok).
You can also do urine packs, (especially good over the kidneys rather than castor oil)...just soak a clean cloth in your urine and place it over your kidneys for about an hour.
You can also have a urine bath (less hassle than rubbing!)...just collect urine over a whole day or several days and put in a bath!
Store it in a glass container with either a muslin cover or lid half on half off to let the ammonia escape (so the smell doesn't blow your head off when you take the lid off!!) Yes sometimes I do have lots of urine jars on the go and once I had some that were a couple of weeks old...it smelled like there was a dead animal in my flat, couldn't use it so I chucked it down the sink!
Some good urine books..
"The Water of Life" by J.W. Armstrong (mainly case histories)
"Your Own Perfect Medicine" by Martha M. Christy (gives info on how to use and scientific research)
"The Golden Fountain" by Coen Van der Kroon (gives excellent details on how to use for different illnesses)
Best to eat a reasonably good diet, not really advisable if you're taking drugs and drinking a lot of alcohol and coffee as this will obviously affect the quality of the wee and you can recycle some compounds!
Anyway just take it easy at first and watch out for healing crises!
Take care
Anne
