Hi Shelly, and anyone else out there who's reading!, hope everyone is doing well! I'm going off to uni in a few days, so just wanted to pick your brain one more time about a few things:
- Psyllium is none habit forming right? So I can keep on taking it so my BMs stay regular?
- What is the most effective way of cheating and getting away with it symptom wise (in my case acne)? I read your bit on cheating in the faq, is it basically spices to increase digestion and fiber (before or after?)
- I have noticed you can get cayenne in tablet form, would this be a good idea to increase power of digestion as I cant stand too much of the stuff on my food?
- Also, whats the best way of helping my liver after/before I drink waaaay too much alcohol? I plan to do this less often that last term but you're only at school once!!!
