Hi Zowie!
Hoo boy that many
Antibiotics ??? Poor you!!!
Kefir is the very best way to get probiotics. The only other way that I consider even better, but it's nowhere near as convenient, is to do a rectal implant of live acidophilus, or a kefir enema. That way it doesn't matter if you are lactose intolerant or not.
It's best to make your own kefir from kefir grains, but you may buy kefir so long as it is organic and unsweetened. You can add molasses or vanilla to make it taste better.
Lactose-intolerant people can often handle kefir because the lactose is already digested by the microbes. It helps to take digestive enzymes. What I would do were I lactose intolerant is to take digestive enzymes for about 3 days with each meal, and THEN take about 1/2 cup of Kefir with a digestive enzyme and see how I do. If I do okay, I'd up the dose to 3/4s cup, until I can take up to 2 cups at a time.
Candida people should be taking digestive enzymes in any case, as well as lemon juice with each meal, or HCL Betaine, altho that's probably too strong for you after your stomach infection.
For the dizzyness, you MUST must do liver management. herbs, lecithin, Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, flushing, and
coffee enemas are a great wayt o get rid of pain and brainfog. Please do peruse the candida notes, lymph cleansing, all that in the FAQ.
Good luck! :)
