yep! that's exactly what I'm saying. My goal for flushing is to be as comfy as possible all day, because this is something I want to do regularly. So I eat what I want so long as it is very easy to digest and early in the day. I have eaten all the way up until 6:00, but only when it was very quick to digest, like pasta.
Now I'm not all that clogged anymore, so maybe that has a lot to do with it. If someone is just starting out then a low-fat diet would probably help the liver to build up propulsion. But I'm a big experimenter and I've tried flushing every-which way and I've had successful flushes on days I ate fats, and unsuccessfull flushes on days I fasted! so now I tend to think the body is going to do what the body is going to do, so I might as well be comfortable. ;)
