If you're allowed a bit of honey, keep an eye out for those candies that are nothing but sesame seeds and honey. Fantastic source of calcium - sesame seeds are a super food! :)
Dried fruit is great unless you're a Vata.
If you have access to a food dehydrator, one of the best snacks in the world is equal parts sunflower seeds and raisins. Mush them together, form into cookies, and dehydrate. Yum!
