Yes I have been taking liver herbs (milk thistle and chinese bitters/GCG leading up to the flushes) but have stopped over the past few days because I thought it might all be a bit too much for my liver, will start again soon. I think it has been over-worked and just giving it a break may help at the mo, I have been feeling much better since last night actually! still a little cold and weak tho.

I read on yur faq if I start loosing wieght to eat this, but have found mung beans very hard to come by, literally everywhere's sold out. Can I use other types of beans or is there something special in the combination of mung beans and basmati rice? Also spoke to the lady who works in the local health food shop last time i went and she told me about sprouting the beans, is this worth it do you think?

Oh actually one more thing :). Being only 20 I am very apprehensive about doing a
colonic but I am trying to get myself to try it, I have a very bloated stomach all the time which looks quite silly on my skeletal frame, would it really help with this, and the bad breath/BO situation? My stomach was very flat after my first liver flush, was this the
Epsom Salts or release of stones do you think? Didnt happen so much on #2.
