I do not recommend that people do a Liver Flush
immediately after fasting. It's a good recipe for vomiting up the oil/juice mixture. You also have to properly soften and dissolve the stones before you try to expel them, and that takes several days of stone softening agents.
My best advice would be to go on simple solid foods like soup and hot cereal or better yet, Kichadi, to wake up your digestive power, take stone softeners for 3-7 days, THEN liver flush.
You can drink acidophilus.
The day after the flush, eat simple warm foods. Hot cerals, soup, pasta, Kichadi.
You do not have to lie perfectly still in any special position after taking the oil/juice mixture. I've tested all the advice and found no difference. Just lie on your back and read or go to sleep. One flush recipe says to walk around all night, and some people have expelled stones simply by doing yoga stretches, so do what makes you comfy. The comfier you are, the more likely you'll be able to do an entire series of flushes, and that is usually what is necessary.
