Hopefully you're not creating any more thanks to the diet and increasing power of digestion, so this makes a permenant deficite (sp?) in your candida overload. Good work!
The ACV will replace electrolytes, and if you drink a cleansing drink too that will definitely take good care of your electricity type energy. :)
There are two good ways to do ACV Enemas: daily in a series of 4-7 days, which MUST be followed by conscientious probiotic replacement, like an acidophilus enema (1/2 cup of kefir or yoghurt watered down and retained for 10+ minutes) AND something orally, like primal defense or kefir.
OR, just 2 days on, 5 days off, 2 days on, type pattern, to let bowel flora re-establish and replenish naturally. Some probiotics are good still, like getting a small bottle of kefir and drinking a bit each day so long as it lasts.
