It's safe to take probiotics, just take them apart from the fiber so they have time to populate the gut. Kefir, yogurt, Primal Defense, are the best.
A *bit* of molasses is okay in the early stages of candida. I avoided it because I wanted it GONE ASAP, but then I started eating the Almond Rice cereal from Lundberg, and that's sweetened with molasses, and it didn't bother me at all.
