Funny you should mention that... it happens to me every time I do a liver flush! It's almost like a little 'religious experience' or something after a BM... a shuddering or shivering feeling on the inside and a 'chill' or feeling of coldness. Sometimes it comes in 'waves' a few seconds apart, and I will just sit down and 'enjoy it' or 'Let it happen' (if that makes any sense.) I can be heard saying weird little things like "ooh!" and "uuh!" and "aah!" as the waves 'pass through me' so to speak.
It's like there's some kind of 'relief' going on, deep down in some gutteral or visceral place down there. Hee hee.
This is the same kind of feeling I was describing when I had my first mucoid plaque (MP) come out and posted it in the bowel forum (see link below.) It describes the feelings I was having at the time, pretty accurately. :) I was doing the P&B shakes at the time, and when I decided to start taking ParaGone along with it, things really started breaking loose! I didn't know exactly what to think of it that first time either, but it just felt like it had to be something 'good' or 'healthy' so I decided to just 'go with it' as they say. Nobody has posted anything about it being 'bad' or anything so I guess it's OK.
It's kind of weird because although it's a very 'weird' feeling, it's also a very 'relaxing' feeling, too. It doesn't make me feel like passing out or anything though... just the coldness and shivering feeling, like my insides are trying to 'shed' something perhaps? I wonder if that is how a snake feels when it sheds it's skin!
Here's my first experience with MP:
