I tend to have a pretty difficult time passing and also experience a lot of constipation and gas. I guess since my body is having problems down there it sends all the toxins to my face. Anyways, what i wanted to ask was how can i improve my digestion? Ive been on a low fat diet for about 2 weeks, which i avoid red meat as much as possible and eating a lot of veggies and fruits, and drinking plenty of water. Im also drinking chinese herbs that my acupuncturist prescribed to me.
