Hi there Miss Shelley!
I hope all is well with you. I also hope that you didn't think I had just taken the wonderful info you have shared here with me/us and packed it all in- given that I haven't touched base in a while.
Truth be told, I kind of needed some time out from what had become a 'health obsession' for me.That does not mean I let myself go. I feel my diet is better than ever, thanks to this forum. I feel best and like it that way. It's just my relationships, work etc had suffered some neglec and, well, balance is always the mission.
Anyway, the number one thing I realised was that none of the cleansing I was doing seemed to be working 'properly'.Two reasons seem to stand out-emotional stuff(eeek!!-lets leave that for another time!:))Though the other reason being, that which you and others continually say-without a clear colon the toxins just can't flow through so well.
Anyway, you may recall my previous trepidation re. enemas and colonics. Well I sit here proudly typing today saying that I made it though my first colonic!!! And for anyone who has been a bit freaked out by the notion, I say it was A LOT easier than I expected. Not painful-only discomfort at times. I really found it quite manageable and cathartic.A few stirring emotions afterwards, though as they say, it's all good. I finally booked down in NYC(4 hours away) because you may recall that I had not been able to find anyone locally. I had that 1st
colonic 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago. I know now, that in particular, our first 3 should all be close together. Though I realised it was going to be too hard with my current committments getting back and forth to NYC. After further searching I have now found a lady just 50 mins away who sounds very experienced and like a lovely person too(helps if they are going to be getting to know you so well!:)
I am booked in for my first 3
colonics with this new lady. The dates are Monday July 12th, then Monday July 19th and just two days after that Wed 21st.
I have not yet done my first liver flush. The P+B's weren't doing the full job and it was clear to me that I needed the
colonics for the flushing to work well. I want to now make these three
colonics as beneficial as I can. So I'll now get to my question if I may....
When do you think I should do my first flush? 2nd flush? I know you have said colonics are good before AND the day after flushing. I have exactly one week between my first and second
colonic and then just two days between 2nd and 3rd colonic. These were the appointments Cindy had free- so I grabbed them. I am self employed so I can take any down time needed as I am prepared for some side effects. Whatever it takes.
I want to do julia Changs flush- I think- is that your prefered flush? I have her GCG. Should I start on that just one week before my flush. I also still have half bottle of Chinese bitters, though 'I think' she said not to take that with the GCG.
Anyway, any other key tips on what to do over these 3 colonics would be much appreciated-anything else to take or do. I printed out a bunch of your notes a couple of months ago that I'll also read over again.
Thankyou!
Danielle X
