Hi Shelley,
I *thought* I saw someplace that you can add fiber to your protein shake. I did a search (including your FAQ&A) but I couldn't find the info.
Would I simply add some psyllium to the drink? (I don't think I should do
Bentonite again just yet.)
BTW, I ground up 3 tablespoons of flaxseed and ate these with rice milk just before my shake. Is this enough fiber? Or shall I add something else? How about apple pectin?
(Today was my first protein shake. Yum! I'm *still not hungry!*)
