Good questions. Okay, when the tongue is yellow, indicating too much bile in the small intestine, that means the bile released during Liver Flushes
and when eating oils is not moving thru properly. It's just sitting there in the intestine, stagnating. The reasons for that can be many - still not enough bile, too few microbes to break the bile down, too little fiber/peristaltic action, too few pancreatic enzymes (lipase in particular). So complete bowel management is called for, including probiotic supplementation.
Candida is a systemic issue. The only time it happens due to one issue is when we take Antibiotics
, which is how I contracted the imbalance.
Since candida lives in our guts naturally and performs a quite vital function in breaking down undigested food particles, an overgrowth is representative of:
-an unhealthy balance in gut flora
-weakened digestive system which includes:
-low stomach acids
-weak liver/bile production,
-constipation/too slow transit times
-poor food choices
-and compromised immune system.
There's only so much the immune system can do with the yeasties, it mainly relies on acidophilus to keep it in check. See, when we say "immune system" we're really saying Lymphatic system + friendly microbes + skin + the paths of elimination, especially sweat.
So any time the immune system is compromised we need to support it with friendly microbes and things that support microbes. We need to avoid chlorinated water, coffee, black tea, sugar. We need to eat green leafy veggies, live fermented foods, kefir, Primal Defense.
Rather than take MGN 3 I'd recommend taking a good Colostrum, which is what we get from mother's milk. I'm just learning about it now, got my first bottle from the radiant life catalogue. It's a whole food and it's been instrumental in creating immune supporting factors like the polio vaccine and isolating IgA. I tested strongly positive for it and I have a bit of a wonky immune system so fingers crossed this will help get me back in balance. :)
Hope that answered your question! :)
