That could be overkill and tough on the kidneys and liver. make sure your multi-vitamin is the kind that says requires like 5 pills a day to reach the amounts on the label, and then only take one pill with each meal at most. Space it out. Don't get any of those cheap, "one a day" type vitamins. Good vitamins don't have an intense vitamin smell.
the others can be taken every-other or every 2 days if you're concerned about overdoing it. Work on your diet! :)
