heh.. it certainly does seem that way sometimes, doesn't it? But I do take lots of breaks, I just happen to do a LOT of work on the computer, so really, posting here IS my break. :)
Those are all excellent herbs for skin health. You might want to add Goldenseal. And if you juice, cabbage/cucumber is fantastic, or make up the potassium broth with cabbage, or buy some sauerkraut or kim chee and have a bit of that with your main meals.
You can buy tinctures and put them in warm water, make tea of whatever herbs you can find as tea and then add tincture (this way is often cheaper), or find pills, altho some of these herbs release their alkaloids when simmered/tinctured and not so well whnen powdered into a pill.
Also, be sure to wait on herbal therapy until after a good detox regimen has been started and is underway. You need to be keeping your paths of elimination clean if you're going to tell the body to release toxins, which you will be doing with these herbs.
