First of all I would like to thank "Heilend", from Curezone forum, because it was where I readed about Garlic Enemas, here is the original topic //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=305187#i
Well, I was having "candida like sympthomps" (intermitent diarrhea) diagnosed as IBS, but it went so intense that I wasn't able to know what was the trigger food anymore. So, like many other things I went into the "universal mind" (Internet) to find out other peoples experiences, I read about the candida diet, did it for 2 months (die off in the first 2 o 3 days) with only a few differences: within the first two weeks (as an experiment) I tried a corn made food wich triggered a 24 hour diarrhea. I eated lot of yogurt and some casabe (a manioc made indigenous food from South America), it haves some fiber and never triggered sympthomps.
With no other CH than mentioned I was constipated, I even had to smoke cigarrettes to make my bathroom time easier. It was like a dream beside the fact that the diet was pretty expensive and hard to keep, and I was getting skinny.
Then, 2 months later, I read about the Garlic enemas (I wasn't willing to live with that...), so I did 'em, 1 day on 1 day off, started with 2 or 3 cloves up to 7 cloves in the last day. Eating yogurt and doing enemas. It was way disgusting, but it worked.
Then in the last day I started to eat cabbage and taking "Lactobacillus casei" 4 times a day for 2 days and a half. I was getting a lot of flatulence.
Three days later from taking the probiotic I was invited to eat and I didn't find a way to say "no", so I did it (expecting to reach my home in less than 30 min), surprisingly nothing happend, beside I eated a wheat flour made pastel (lots of fats and CH, and yeast and blablabla).
NOTHING special happend that day, I was shocked and tried to eat another thing: arepa (the thing that made me have diarrhea for 24 hours), and nothing happend, rice, beer, rum, common bread, beans, highly condimented food, and having a beer before was having a heavy diarrhea within 30 minutes.
It's now about a week and I have not a single problem. I just have a few more flatulence than when I was in the candida diet and I have less acné also.
I don't know if I had candida, or a parasite
or whatever, but at least for a week I can say I'm totally cured. I'm not suggesting this is your way to get rid of whatever you have, but for me it worked.
I'm not sure if it was just the diet, or just the garlic enemas, or just the Lactobacillus casei, or the whole thing together. I didn't make any yogurt enema because I found pretty risky to introduce such a food inside my gut.
Just wanted to share it, as Heilend and many other people on internet did, so you can try and if it works we can collect more information that might help effectively to anyone who's being in trouble (and maybe find a cure) like I was. Bye and I hope it help you too and.
