Hey candida causes constipation, but if you are on the psyllium drink at first it will block you up (it is advisable to use senne along). If you have been on the psyllium for a few days and still block up, you definitely need to drink more water after the psyllium mix.
I too was constantly blocked up when I began the cure. Enemas are a good resource then. Once a day ( I would sometime even make 2/day when I had heavy die off) and - even though every second person will say - it is dangereous to develop a dependancy - I no longer need enemas to be regular (I am almost there, I have almost won the battle over candida).
Which enema to use depends on where you are at. You should stick to coffee enemas
if you have leaky gut. If not, then switching to ACV enemas is the royal road to flush candida threads out. ACV enemas reach higher up in the bowels (apple cider vinegar-buy the non-pasteurized type "With the Mother"- if its murky it's the good stuff). Use a spoonful or two in your enema water. If you feel pain (you might have leaky gut- or else have irritated your bowels) stop ACV enemas and do the coffee.
Once you get to see the white threads, carry on with the first 1/2 of the enema ACV and the second 1/2 probiotics to get the probiotics (friednly bacteria) help you kick the rascals out.
As for your question regarding the liver flush. You are doing it alright the Bowel Cleanse
first and then the liver flush. With both P & B shakes and enemas, you will soon see white threads. Good protocol! I'd say do not turn to liver cleanse until you see the threads. It is important to cleanse the bowel well first or else, some of the Liver Flush
will jam in the bowel, which calls for trouble.
With P & B shake it is VERY important to drink plenty after the shake. Another trick is to use ACV in the water folowing the shake, it works wonder to generate a nice alcaline environment after the Bentonite
has gathered all the toxins (which favorize the acid environment candida grows on).
